Holy Family Transitional Housing

Holy Family Transitional Housing located in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis, provides transitional housing to families coming out of an emergency shelter environment.  Families can participate in the transitional housing program for up to two years, during which time critical issues that lead to poverty and homelessness are addressed.  Our transitional housing program and social services help families break the cycle of homelessness, providing the stability necessary to be successful in school, work, and life skills. The transitional housing facility has nine units; seven are two-bedroom units, one is a three-bedroom unit, and one is a four-bedroom unit.  All of these units are located within one building with laundry facilities.  The rent is significantly subsidized.
