Directions to Holy Family Shelter from Downtown Indianapolis

Take Meridian Street south to the stoplight at McCarty Street  (McCarty Street is the last light before you enter on the I-70/65 on ramp). Turn right on McCarty Street and go one block to the first stoplight which is where Meridian Street picks up again (Shapiro’s Deli will be on the southwest corner). Turn left (south) on Meridian Street and go to the third light which is Palmer Street. Turn left on Palmer Street. Holy Family Shelter is one block up the street on left-hand side. There is a “30” on the front door.

From Interstates 465 / I-70 /I-65: Get on the I-70 interstate to the West Street exit. Turn south off the exit ramp (going AWAY from downtown) to the first light which is Morris Street. Turn left (east) on Morris Street. Go to the first stoplight which is Meridian Street. Turn right on Meridian and go to the second stoplight which is Palmer Street. Turn left on Palmer Street. Holy Family Shelter is one block up the street on left-hand side. There is a “30” on the front door.

From Indy-Go Bus: Take the #16 Beech Grove bus to the stoplight at Meridian (south) and Palmer Street. Holy Family Shelter is one block from Meridian & Palmer Street on the left-hand side. There is a “30” on the front door.
